30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@clearhear.org with photographs of the issue.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been extensively used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned in an unsanitary condition may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
